I just bought this book earlier , from Book 1st in Shibuya。 And I am so happy and excited to try the first soup who captures my eyes. “Kapona-ta fuu soup”カポナータ風スープ。
Its so healty and happy again I regain my health conciousness.

It was my first time in to eat in ＡＥＮ restaurant (伊勢丹会館), I thought It was just a common restaurant at first. I can even really stop saying delicious every time my hashi gets into my mouth ｗｗｗ～ ちょう美味しかったです～ tasted that kind of dish is really a good change of pace.
my Japanese friends says it is a 高級 （high class cuisine restaurant）. I think It is 
the lunch is ￥1,600 with the rice 変わり放題 and the desert is really nice~

It`s been a while that I`ved never been to Caprichoza Yotsuya（四谷） after Sunday mass, then at last we went there and order ライスコロッケ!!
けっこう、それだけお腹がいっぱいになるので、十分です。 それで、ちょっと飽きちゃうになると、Tabascoを入れたほうがいいよ～ and my favorite pasta is the black pasta with Squid sauce!
