時間を役に立つ活動

今月はじめに、ボランティ活動を始めました。

元々、週末に忙しくてもこの活動に対して、私のスケジュールの中に時間占めたいと思います。

高尾山、相変わらず美しい (Always Beautiful the Mt. Takao is)

 We hike again Takao san with other friends last Tues (March 29)  It is such a very nice hiking day again.  Eventhough I was drunk last night.. A lot of mountain lovers hike then thatday..

Although, we`re not able to hike that day because Hiromi was injured, we really enjoy the ever so nice dangerous Lift!www~

陣馬山へ登った～

紅葉時期へ陣馬山へ登った、とても美しい山です。

ゆずの香り広がっているし、自然がいっぱい～　with my Aikido friends （ゆうこさん、ミキさん）　とチャトゥールさん。

At last we hiked Mt.Ooyama、やっと大山へ登った～

 Because of my dear friends, I and other Aikido friends where able to hike Ooyama located in Kanagawa ken last Saturday.

I am so happy, that I couldn`t believe we made it!

とても嬉しかった。。筋肉痛になってしまいましたが、とても良かったです～(^_-)-☆
